All quotations are free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope or unforeseen site conditions. Any changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed in writing before work continues.

5. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined within each contract or invoice. Deposits may be required before work begins, with remaining balances due upon agreed milestones or completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Project Timelines
We aim to complete all projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability or unforeseen issues. Clients will be notified promptly of any changes to project schedules.

7. Health & Safety
Nolan Wilson Developments Ltd adheres to all current Health and Safety regulations. Our team holds CHAS, Constructionline, and BM Trada Q-Mark accreditations, ensuring all work meets strict safety and compliance standards.

8. Warranties & Liability
We guarantee that all workmanship will be carried out to a professional standard. Nolan Wilson Developments Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from project delays, defects caused by misuse, or third-party interference after completion.

9. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project or scheduled work, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred before cancellation will still apply.
